Mr. Mundi brings over 20 years of corporate finance, real estate and legal experience.
Prior to joining Source Agriventures, Mr. Mundi served as Vice President, General Counsel of RCI Capital Group Inc., a private equity firm based in Vancouver.
In addition, Mr. Mundi was Vice President, General Counsel of Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc., the largest proxy and corporate governance firm in Canada. Prior to Kingsdale, Mr. Mundi was an Associate at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP focusing on corporate finance and securities in the real estate, agriculture, technology and mining sectors. Mr. Mundi holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University, a Master's degree from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
Mr. Mundi was raised on a farm in eastern Ontario, Canada, which gives him a unique perspective and a deep understanding of Source’s clients and business needs.
Chris Grundling is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 15 years of experience in financial reporting and public company auditing across Canadian and U.S. markets. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Source Agriventures.
Mr. Grundling has previously held senior roles at KPMG LLP and has extensive experience in financial reporting, and controllership services to public companies and businesses preparing for public listings. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch.
Fabian Monaco is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and operator with a strong track record of building, scaling, and advising innovative businesses across venture capital, private equity, and public markets, with a focus on high-growth software, fintech, and platform companies.
He is the owner of Giumar Capital Inc., a boutique investment banking and advisory firm, and the co-founder and former CEO of Gage Growth Corp., which was acquired by TerrAscend Corp. for over $500M in 2022. Under his leadership, Gage grew to over $100M in revenue, with 15+ retail locations and 350+ employees.
Mr. Monaco is also a lawyer with extensive experience in capital raising, M&A advisory, and financing transactions, having held roles at multinational law firms and investment banks. He has worked closely with founders and management teams to drive growth, capital formation, and value creation, advising and investing in early- and growth-stage companies through key inflection points including scaling and liquidity events.
Nick's career is rooted in government. Before joining the corporate sector, he served as a campaign and legislative staff member across multiple levels of government, most recently directing the Outreach department of the Office of the Leader of the Opposition at Queen's Park in Toronto. He has also served as a policy advisor at the Parliament of Canada, giving him a rare combination of legislative insight and private sector acumen that informs his approach to building and scaling public companies.
Nick Kadysh is the founder and CEO of PharmAla Biotech, a Toronto-based life sciences company focused on pharmaceutical manufacturing, research, and development. A seasoned capital markets executive with deep expertise in corporate strategy and public company leadership, Nick has built PharmAla into a recognized player in the life sciences sector since its founding in 2020.
Prior to launching PharmAla, Nick held senior leadership roles across several major corporations, including as Head of Corporate Affairs for JUUL Labs, Government Affairs and Public Policy Leader for General Electric Canada, and Director of Public Affairs for Red Bull Canada. In these roles, he developed extensive experience navigating complex regulatory environments, stakeholder engagement, and corporate strategy at the highest levels.
Nick is trilingual (English, French, and Russian) and is a graduate of Queen's University.
